“The property had the best possible view within Lauterbrunnen, but everything else was terrible. It was the worst stay in my life! 1. We came to the property at 6pm. The owner told us that the front door key was in a key box next to the front door. But when we went to get the key, the front door was wide open!! Was someone else in the house? Could animals (rats, bugs) have gone in? Why was the door open? The key I found in the key box, didn't even fit the key hole of the front door? So, what key……

Die Angaben im Inserat und in den Beschreibungen des Vermieters waren präzise und zutreffend. Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ”

“das kleine häusschen war fantastisch. idyllisch und sehr ruhig und heimelig. die gastgeberin, auch wenn nicht vor ort unglaublich freundlich und sehr verständnisvoll, da es ein kleines problem gab. wir würden diese unterkunft auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen.”

“We knew this property was rural, but the access road was a real nightmare. Single track almost too narrow for one car in places. House was full of ornaments and knickknacks which were dusty and smelly. It was very cluttered with no clear cupboards. We were advised shower was small but it gushed hot water which was fantastic. Bedding and towels were very clean.”
