Nice spacious room in an older building downtown. Only a few steps to the train station so super convenient! Friendly helpful staff and great restaurant on site. Our room had a great view of the Eiger as a bonus so sunsets were spectacular. Recommended!

This property is very convenient to the trains. The staff was outstanding with providing information with the surrounding areas. The food at the attached restaurant was good and filling. The overall property is a little dated but everything was fantastic within the room. I would recommend this anyone who is visiting the area.

It was right off the train, a 5 minute walk, the morning breakfast was great, it was central to everything, trains, trams, buses, gondola's, and every room came with a balcony

Hotel location is excellent. Next to the train and bus station for easy access also walking distance to most of the main gondolas. Staff were lovely and helpful during our stay. Views from the room were amazing.

A localização é perfeita, atrás da estação Grindelwald. O atendimento do staff foi sensacional, com destaque para todos os funcionários portugueses que são uma simpatia e super atenciosos. E além de tudo, do hotel se tem uma vista espetacular das montanhas. Fora que o hotel é super confortável e tem um café da manhã farto.

立地は駅前で文句なし、コープのある中心部やバスステーションも徒歩3分圏内でちょうど良いです。部屋からはアイガー真正面でした。ただ真正面に廃業ホテルが2軒ありちょうど解体が始まったようで若干景観が勿体なかったですが低層階なので視線を変えれば問題ないです。朝食も普通で満足しています。ここ最近のスイスの夏は暑いのでグリンデルワルドは半袖半ズボンでちょうど良いです。

We had an amazing time at this property! What a Location!!! What great views to the mountains and we could not ask for more, we were in awe throughout the full trip! Staff was lovely from check in to Check out, Ricardo specially was very helpful to help us with itinerary and lastly breakfast was decent too.

This hotel is just ok. It is clean but dated. Nothing special and probably at the lower end of hotels in the area. Breakfast was not very good which is contrary to the reviews I have read. Rooms are dated as is the property. Two hotels nearby are currently being renovated so the area is under construction.

The hotel is exceptionally conveniently located for the station! We were on the mountain side and never heard the trains. Rooms are very basic (tiny towels, cheap toiletries). That said, they are very clean, comfortable and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. The hotel though is incredibly dated and would benefit from an upgrade. For me, was very overpriced for the offering (given how dated and lacking in anything more than basic offering) compared to other places we’ve stayed in during our trip through Switzerland. Location doesn’t justify the premium. Simple upgrades to the towels and room facilities would make such a difference, even if the decor wasn’t updated.
