“Every staff member was so attentive. And so that was really wonderful. I work very hard to keep the property clean. My only suggestion for a major opportunity for improvement would be to make a deal with owner of the travel company with the loud speaker blaring “Sorry sorry sorry, Buena Park, Buena Park!” Blasting on the loud speaker from six in the morning continuously until 6, 7, 8 in the evening. It's not fair to the hotel guests/residents. Would still recommend. Thank you American Mall. ;-)”

“Great stay here and totally recommend. The entertainment package on the TV was fantastic and more than you expect. The cleaners were friendly and efficient. The host were great at communicating- I dealt with Selassi and Richard. The apartment is in a gated community with security and very safe. The pool is nice and the gym is well equipped. “Lovely apartment, with lovely outlook over the pool and garden. Clean and comfortable. Good communication with the owner about the arrival arrangements. Strong reliable WiFi. Embassy Gardens has three pools. We used the nearest one daily and found it clean and the perfect temperature. Nowhere really to walk to from the apartments, there's taxis outside, but we used Uber mostly. ”

“It took us over an hour waiting to find out who our host was. Then we were put in a room with a queen size bed instead of a king size which we paid for through Expedia. Our host found another room but the a/c leaked all over the bedroom and almost filled a trash can I put under for the night, there were cockroaches which my husband found one crawling on him middle of the night and it woke him up.
