Staff are very friendly and helpful with plenty of ideas on where to visit etc This is a bit hard to find - use Google maps for the best directions- but worth the effort. A few miles outside Ragusa so a car is essential. Very happy to recommend」

「 The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage...

This should have been communicated much earlier to allow time to make alternative arrangements. Otherwise, the stay was good.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Giuggiulena Villa! The location is right on the water with a gorgeous view of the Ionian Sea, nearby sea caves, and just a few steps down to access the water for swimming. Sabrina and Claudia are wonderful hosts. They are personable, friendly, and helpful. Claudia is an amazing cook and provides a delicious homemade breakfast. We especially enjoyed the freshly brewed bialetti coffee, freshly baked stuffed breads with spinach & cheese/ ham & cheese, homemade tiramasu, fresh...
