The house was clean but needs some general maintenance work. I communicated those issues with the rental company. The issues included blinds missing from a bedroom, a broken trash container, a leak in the basement, and possible mold as a result, possible termite damage, some leakage evident in the ceiling and a missing smoke detector from the bedroom accessed by the spiral staircase. The house is otherwise lovely so fixing these issues would help.
