Private home at the end of a dead-end street. Many recent updates including refinishing the hardwood floors throughout. Located half a mile from Campground beach and the Cape Cod Bike Trail. One mile from Wellfleet drive In movie theater. This house has one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a family room with a pull out sofa bed. Extra twin bed in loft area. Flat screen TVs with cable in the family room and living room. Free Wifi. Video game consoles. Private enclosed outside shower. Comfortable living room, and dining room. There is a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Front load washer and dryer in the basement. Portable air-conditioning units in the bedrooms. A Weber gas grill is located in the private back yard. The Landing Corner store is a short walk on Campground Road. *No Smoking* *No pets* This is a Saturday to Saturday rental.

Perfect location

Bret's place was a great stay for the week of the 4th. The house has plenty of space, close to the beach and all the essentials you need.

Attention to detail needed

The home was comfortable for our group but cleanliness rating was low because of cobwebs, dusty fixtures, stained rugs, dirty baseboards and corners, and soiled bedding/comforters left by previous tenants. We washed and folded all the bedding (including the blankets and comforters) and towels following our stay, as directed, but it may be unrealistic for some tenants

We never did stay at this property! Upon entering for our one-week stay, the cobwebs, spiders and flies in them and general uncleaness made it impossible to stay there. We therefore were forced to find other lodging for that first night as well as the following six days. We have contacted you multiple times (four) and provided you with all the documentation that was requested (including the nine pictures that we took) without any response at all from you, even though promised. PLEASE RESPOND RESPONSIBLY WITH AN ACCEPTIBLE RESOLUTION AS WAS PROMISED!!!! Unhappily, Calvin Butler

This is a very nice location. Very close to many amenities, beaches, musiums, restaurants, etc .

I definitely would rent again and I will recommend this home to my friends and family. The house was nice and clean, warmly decorated and if course had good quality linens.

Great house for a family on the cape

House is located on a quiet dead end with privacy from neighbors, easy to just let the kids go out and play in the mornings. Located very close to camp ground beach which is perfect for little ones, especially at low tide. Easy access to the Fairview and rt 6. Loved that the house was stocked with garbage bags, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, a d keurig coffee cups. Not needing to purchase these was a huge plus. Also has a pretty well stock kitchen supplies and linens. My family of 5 stayed here very comfortably and could have easily had one or 2 more people (loft and sofa bed in the “family” room.)

Perfect Vacation

This house was absolutely wonderful. It's layout was perfect for our family. My family of four utilized the upstairs bedrooms while my parents had some privacy downstairs in their room. The house is on a quiet, quaint street that is an easy bike ride to the bay. It comes with every amenity needed - including tons of puzzles, games, a full stocked kitchen, towels, and more. We had a wonderful stay here, and we highly recommend this property!

Second time here and it keeps getting better!!!

It's exactly as pictured with a few upgrades. Newly sided blue and landscaping really make it look more like a home than just a rental property. It has a very secluded large back yard. This time the place was spotless! It was full of cobwebs last time and lots of extra stuff that kinda got in the way. It's now neat and very tidy. We did notice the lack of dehumidifiers as the house really does get a musty smell if the windows and doors are closed. I'm kinda being picky here because the place really is perfect for our family. A queen and a king gives each couple a master and there's plenty of extra beds for kids. Adirondack chairs were added around the very cool fire pit. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and I hope we can in the future!

Great place!

We had a great experience, usually we stay at a family house, but couldn’t this year, but this house didn’t disappoint. Nice walking distance to The Landing and the beach. Quiet street, lovely week

Super cozy! great for family!!!

We loved this house! the owner definitely has very good taste in decoration too! This house is perfect for a family, its got everything you need, pots and pans, fire pit in the back and even a super nice Weber grill to use! the only reason I took a star away is because I felt this home could use some total cleaning, there were dust in corners of the walls/ceilings, and spiders/spider webs everywhere. But as a family with 2 young boys, those things didn't bother us, but I can see it might be a problem for some peoples. Owner was also very quick in responding msg and was always available! Overall, I'm satisfied with the stay and would recommend it to others.

The Cape as it used to be....

Quiet, clean, comfortable, and convenient with a very responsive host. Great yard for children and the house is nicely laid out with lots of room for a family. The beds are comfortable and supplies are handy in the house. Close Encounter beach is near-by with an amazing marsh and beach. Restaurants in the area are nice and it is fun to visit nearby Wellfleet - or the hidden treasure Lieutenant’s Island or the Wellfleet Audubon Sanctuary.

Very cozy cottage!

The house and location were excellent. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Almost everything is provided for your use. Beaches are very close by. There are also several restaurants in the area. Overall, we had a great trip and are thinking of coming back next year!

Property was perfect. Clean, well located and well equipped.

Bret maintains a wonderful property. It is close to highway 6 and is central on cape so you can easily head north to Provincetown or west to Orleans and Chatham. The house itself is spacious and has all the comforts of home. It is clean and is well maintained ready for you to visit and make some family memories. Bret cares and you can see it in the property and how he respects his guests. Will be back again next year.

Outstanding stay!

The house was beautiful. We loved the secluded neighborhood and the decor of the interior. The house was just a quick ride to either the main road or to the bay. It was a perfect fit for our family getaway of six adults. The house was very well maintained and stocked with towels, supplies, and lots of other extra amenities that it made it worth the price. The owner was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. If anyone enjoys peace and quiet in a comfortable home with a reliable owner, look no further. Looking forward to staying there again!

Another great vacation

Bret - thanks again for another fabulous vacation! The house was amazing and so accommodating!!! The weather was gorgeous and we made lots of memories!! Can't wait to come back!!!
