The issues included blinds missing from a bedroom, a broken trash container, a leak in the basement, and possible mold as a result, possible termite damage, some leakage evident in the ceiling and a missing smoke detector from the bedroom accessed by the spiral staircase. The house is otherwise lovely so fixing these issues would help. ”
