「Great deck, simple furnishings. A/C has a remote & works well. Deck is very nice & peaceful place to hang out. When you get there the key boxes are under the deck/not intuitively near the door. Lower key box does not open so we had one set of keys the entire time. (we didn't care but can be inconvenient). Kitchen has no basics, like oil, spices etc. Just something to note. There is NO pantry designated. Lots of glass ware, cups, & plates, frying pans, stovetop stuff but no cooking sheets...

「We had a wonderful week with our adult children and their partners. The home offered plenty of space for all of us to feel comfortable. FIre pit in backyard was a wonderful place to enjoy each others company...and make s'mores :) Could easily walk to the water to enjoy a swim, a walk or the spectacular sunsets. We will be staying here again, I am sure.」

「Cozy little house with a comfy master bed and a deck for viewing the cove at a distance. Close to ocean bay beaches, kayak put in and ponds and bike path. The deck and deck furniture could use refurbishing or replacement. The windows sashes needed some repair and most could not open. The roof gutters are needed off the porch entry as the rain formed a drip and puddle at the entry.
