It was stressful that after paying for the hotel we had to wait in line the day of to buy pool tickets to hopefully get them. We were not allowed to purchase them at check in. It was the only reason we booked the trip. If it sold out we would have been out of luck and there wouldn’t have been anything ...

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect. We enjoyed the fire by the bay. The walls are thin and we ended up using a white noise ap to block out the noise. We liked the room for the price. There was no one at the desk after 7:00 or 8:00 pm. and not sure when they came in the morning. The staff that we did interact with were very pleasant. There was no cleaning service for the entire 3 nights that we were there. And under the bed had not been vacuumed/swept ...
