“Elliot was an amazing host. He made us feel comfortable and welcome from the minute we got there. Our breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect to commercial Street, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.”

“The hotel is very quaint and charming in many ways. The bar is warm, well populated, and serves great, designer drinks. Pretty penny too… but i surmised such is the way of all things in PTown. The room I found myself in was spacious; however: The bedding almost couldn’t have been less comfortable. It is a very humid town, and the poor quality of the cotton sheets, the polyester quilt, the plastic fur warm blanket, coupled with a remarkably filthy rug, made the experience miserable for someone……

“This place is awesome, super close to everything, and you can walk everywhere. They hook you up with coffee vouchers for the shop around the corner, which was a sweet treat every morning. The parking lot is tiny, but if you back in with a bigger car, it's way easier to get in and out. Our room and bathroom were spotless, and we even had our own private entrance outside the hotel. I'd totally stay here again, my only beef is the thin walls – you can hear people coming and going in the halls at……

“Beautiful inn, with many thoughtful design touches. We loved the chance to chat with fellow guests over wine on the porch and breakfast in the garden. Although the inn has very limited parking, there was plentiful parking in the public lot only a block away, even on a busy summer day. We will definitely return!!”

“The Lotus Inn is in a great location steps from the Pier on Commercial Street. The staff is friendly and helpful, but it should be noted there is no staff on site other than the cleaners. The cleanliness of the common areas and towels/linens could use an upgrade.”

Thankfully we were able to check in around normal time as two staff returned as we were about to park and leave our belongings on site in our car. “AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. “The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated! Spencer was extemely accommodating,and made……
