Since it was through a travel app, he offered ways that I could resolve it. He came by to ask if I wanted a glass of water as I worked through it. Above and beyond while working with other customers that had arrived."

"Hotel was and room were clean. The heat/ac on room worked well. It was quiet in our room even with all the holiday traffic. The staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was fresh and we enjoyed the options. The staff in restaurant were all very friendly as well. Be prepared to pay for parking per night of stay. It was a very pleasant stay and would probably book again."

"The common areas and gym were super clean, but seeing trash left out in the hallways all night was a letdown. It’s a nice spot, but they definitely need to stay on top of the hallway cleanup better."

"Looks like they are repainting and repairing the hotel. Smoking was an issue for us. People smoked outside their rooms or as they were walking through the outdoor hallways. "
