"Even off season this house was exactly what we were looking for it had views that went on forever. Our host was easy to communicate with and made sure we had a wonderful holiday. House is clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was available including steps to the beach in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. We look forward to making this an annual tradition. "

"This was the perfect house for our family to gather and have a short fall vacation together! We loved sitting outside around the fire at the end of long days out enjoying different parts of the Cape. We also loved being able to easily get to so many beaches within just 10-15 minutes from here. We couldn't have imagined a better or more communicative host! "We had a great time with friends and family at this wonderful home. Pool, BBQ grill, enough seating for a big reunion . Having separate units gave privacy when needed. Perfectly located to get to Nauset and Marconi. If you’re looking for a clean ,well situated place for a large gathering, this is the place."

"Great property! The host Tim was very easy to work with and responsive to all our questions. We stayed here with 3 families to include kids from 14 to a month old! Beds were very comfy, house was clean and fully stocked. Very easy drive to all the restaurants in the area, 3-9 minutes from ALL the best beaches. Recommend staying here."
