Built in 1930, this 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom waterfront getaway sits on 2.2 acres with 230 ft of shoreline along the Miles River offering expansive panoramic views. The ideal floor plan concept features a character-filled interior and provides an updated kitchen and first-floor bedroom with ensuite. Spread out upstairs in the comfortably sized main suite that benefits from an ensuite bathroom and walkout porch. Adding to the home's appeal are original and beautifully maintained hardwood floors throughout.
Relax at this enormous suburban getaway that features patio dining space, hot tub, built-in swimming pool, cabana house and beautifully manicured lawn. Lovely and serene. This is the perfect spot to detox from the hustle and bustle life throws your way.
Situated in a desirable area of Talbot County. Just a short 15 minute car ride to the quaint historic town of St. Michael’s and only 10 minutes from grocery stores, retail shops and restaurants in Easton. It’s rural living at its finest!

Waterfront: Miles River
Dock: Private dock with 3 ft MLW. No water or electricity is available. Guests are permitted to tie a boat to the dock. Fishing and crabbing gear is available for guest use.
Water Toys: 3 kayaks (2 adult and 1 tandem) and 1 adult paddleboard are available for guest use. To ensure proper life jacket sizing, please bring your own or we can recommend a local rental agency.
Pool: 15 x 30 kidney shaped private pool. Swimming pools are open from May 15 - October 15. Be sure to bring your own pool towels.
Grill: Propane grill. Propane is provided.
Fireplace: One gas fireplace is available for guest use.
Cabana House: Available for guest use.
Hot Tub: 7 person hot tub is available for guest use.
Pet Friendly: This is a pet friendly rental.
WiFi: Please note that the rural nature of the area may limit data access. Some of our properties can experience slow internet speeds.

Great holiday
This is a fantastic house, with plenty of space and lots to do - hiking, kayaking, shopping, golfing, making smores and stargazing. We had 3 generations here for Thanksgiving - close to St Michaels and downtown Easton! A perfect spot

Wonderful stay in a great house
House is everything as advertised. Lots of games and activities included. Pool is excellent and situated away from the house which is great for kids. Dock and crab trap are so much fun. Great hot tub with a view. Kitchen is well supplied and bedrooms and bathrooms all clean and comfortable. Great spot with kids.
