“It took us 9 hours to be able to check in. Never was asked for an ID, was handed a room key and was told to come back. Wasn't able to get ahold of property for two days ahead of reservation, because we needed to know if we'd have a crib as requested, we weren't able to. There were smoke detectors cherping due to dead/dying batteries all in the first floor. One room could clearly smell was smoking. The hot/cold didn't match the faucets or sides in any of the spots in the room. There were taped……
