“Superior room was very nice, clean and nice bedding. One VERY DANGERIOUS item was the shower inside the bathtub. Bathtub bottom was very slippery. No rough surface or tub mat. As seniors we were so concerned that we didn’t shower second day. Grab bar was on opposite wall and difficult to reach safely. Breakfast was not looking great and expensive. We found a great diner 10 minutes away. Not a great value for price paid. Nice looking and room very nice but improvements can be made”

“I will not stay here again. The chain lock on the door was broken, and no one was available to repair it. The television also did not work. A gentleman from the front desk came to assist, but he was unable to fix the issue. We were then informed that the only person who could repair it was at a party and would not be available until 11:00 p.m.
The shower head barely produced any water, making it nearly impossible to shower comfortably. In addition, the refrigerator froze all of our food. We……
