「We really enjoyed the stay here. It was very clean and quiet. The people at the property were friendly and helpful. Food within walking distance. The pass to Sandy Hook was nice to have. The only thing we didn’t anticipate was the steep set of stairs to get in and out of the apartment.」

「This place was nice to rent for MDW with some friends. It was clean, very close to the beach (2 min walk away), and was in a great area. Was also a walk away from restaurants and bars. A few disappointments that future renters should be aware of. The listing states shower towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap would be provided and NONE of these were. They also do NOT have WiFi. So if your looking to connect your phone, a device, or watch TV you can’t. All in all, a pretty solid listing.」

「This spot was perfect for my fiance and I for the weekend. The cottage has everything you need, and it was spotless upon arrival! The street was very quaint and homey. The short walk to the train station is a major bonus. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Donna was great to work with in renting her property for the week. House was perfect for our size family. Beautiful back yard with a huge pool was a perfect ending after being at the beach for the day. We would definitely stay here again!」

「This home is spectacular. It’s located right on the beach (private) and has a lovely pool. The home was very comfortable and provided a once in a lifetime experience for a special family. The owner went above and beyond to prepare the house and make it just lovely. She enabled everyone to have the best time ever. We can’t say enough about all she did to make this special time memorable. Special thanks to her. It was truly a dream come true to stay in this Jersey shore home.」

「Juelz was the perfect host and helped my party of 8 have a great time in Asbury Park. The house is beautiful and a nice cozy spot that is only minutes from the main attractions here. I would absolutely come back here again if I was to be in Asbury Park as it absolutely was a better option than the hotels here.」

「We stayed in this West Long Branch home for our daughter's graduation from Monmouth University. The location was close to the university as well as to grocery stores, Total Wine, and the beach. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of linens, parking, large TV screen, comfortable beds, couches, etc. We communicated with the owner once via text and he immediately responded and stayed in communication until we resolved the issue (we couldn't figure out how to work the TV....

「This home was perfect for my family. There were 9 of us and plenty of room for all. We spent time on the beautifully tiled back patio with additional family visitors and it was easy to host them. All Linens were clean and fresh and the home over all very clean. Location was great and we took multiple strolls to the beach which was nearby. 「We came down for a short stay to celebrate our son's match day and this suited our family perfectly. The home is well laid out and equally well appointed. Eveything we needed was included. We hosted a small dinner party for family and friends. It worked nicely. Having the property owner/ manager onsite in the house across from the pool was convenient. Should we have needed something, he was right there.」

「We visited for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped with many extras such as a keurig and a drip coffee maker, K-cups, spices and condiments. The host was gracious and responsive and has clearly tried to think of everything that guests would want or need. The furniture was all good, the mattresses were comfortable and the bedrooms quiet. For a smaller house, it does everything. It worked perfectly for us.」

「Cozy 2nd floor apartment in great location. Everything was clean and check-in was easy. It is thoughtfully stocked for convenience with kitchen appliances, cutlery and utensils and some basics like sugar, dish detergent, serán wrap, shampoo, hand soap and such. Made for a relaxing, short stay. Only thing that could improve it would be to have access to BBQ on the deck instead of having to go downstairs and share with other tenants.」
