"The hotel is on the older side could use some updating. But everything was very clean. The staff was very nice everyone seemed very happy to be working there and helpful if needed. The main pool gets crowded, if you are there on a weekend make sure to get a spot early. Overall no complaints. Close to the airport and very close to most parks. I would stay again "

"It was really nice it felt like being a home in the I had a two-bedroom apartment and I loved it and I went with my friend and she loved it I took her there for her birthday with her husband and we love the little supermarket the pool area the bar at the pool area and we also love that they have music and the afternoon it felt really nice. I recommend it and I will go back"

"I don’t think the price was worth the cost. I had a problem with the television from the moment of check in. No one helped me although I was told three different times they would. The table in our room was also busted and there was no shower curtain liner so the water went every where. I will not be staying there again. There’s a lot better in Orlando for that price."

"This was our second trip to WG Lakes...this time the ground floor units had some very loud a/c units. It was not relaxing to sit outside. However, Miguel listened to our concern and was willing to change our room. No small task because there were many check outs that day. Busy. The food options are very limited if you don't have a car. The market is extremely overpriced assuming you would eat at restaurant. However the units have partial to full kitchens. The free shuttle to Universal was a nice perk this time. Overall a very relaxing vacay."
