「Staff is courteous and has a good command of English. The hotel itself has a great, homely atmosphere with the unique experience of having breakfast in an old wine Celler. The hotel is also located about 5-10 minutes walk from the train station which has easy service to Würzburg and Nürnberg. In Nurnberg the Main train station is right across the street from the old town. Only down side is that if you drive yourself you will have to park on the street. 「到班贝格市政厅、跳蚤市场、皇宫大剧院等经典经典略微有点远（虽然步行也就半个小时，不过本来班贝格小城就不大）。从外观看，酒店式工厂改建的，整体建设很整洁，很舒适。楼下有一个很大的地下停车场，停一天要6欧元。我们住的是三人间，房间还真是不小，大概有40+平米的样子，非常宽敞。我最喜欢的是酒店的窗户，很敞亮，看着痛快！」

「It was spotlessly clean and brand new, but freezing cold. The room was really cold; there was an issue with the heating system and the radiators were not heating up properly. The room never warmed up. Apart from that, it was a very nice facility.」

「We missed the check in time by 2 mins, but someone answered the phone and let us in. We slept on soft beds. Had hot showers, ate a wonderful breakfast and headed on our way. It was great!」
