“Great bottom floor location near the beach and amenities with the pool and courts. Be aware that the closest beach access is private property so you have to go further down which is a little annoying, but the beach was not crowded which is nice for 30A area. Know that bicycles must be rented through the property itself and are cannot be included via Explorie because the property won't let any other vendor deliver. Kitchen and bathrooms had the necessities to get you through with the……

“Overall it was a great house and stay. There were issues w the hot tub temperature. Showers drained very slowly but to be say we weren’t satisfied would be very wrong. The 8 of us would stay there again and again. ”

“We recently stayed for 7 nights. While the location is convenient, we noticed several cleanliness issues. First, the air vents in the bathroom and living room appear to have significant mold growth - it was very disturbing and had we discovered the issue sooner into our stay, we likely would have left for a different rental. Additionally, there seemed to be an infestation of small flying bugs all over the apartment. A collection of these bugs were stuck in a web in the lower right-hand corner of……

“Loved the location and the view!”

“Great place and the location was great, restaurants and downtown were within walking distance.”

“This was our first time in 30a and boy did we pick a great location in the middle of all of the action. You can either walk to the community pool or beach (or take a short ride via tram to the beach). The condo had enough room for our family of five. I especially loved having my coffee on the balcony in the morning.Stacey was helpful and responded quickly to my questions!A few things to note:- Tents and wagons are not allowed on the beach. The condo does have chairs and an umbrella that you can……

“The condo had a strong smell of mold, after being there for about 5 minutes me and my family started experiencing burning eyes, headache, and rash. As soon as we walked outside the condo the symptoms went away. We attempted to air out the condo by opening windows, but the smell didn't go away. I contacted the host, but they said that their property had been professionally checked for mold and passed, they also said they have their HVAC routinely cleaned which upon checking there was mold and……

“Great extended vacation at our favorite spot!”
