“I rarely leave a negative review, but the communication here was awful. The host agreed to a 2–3 p.m. check-in before our flight from Vancouver. When we arrived, they first said the cleaner was still working, then said the cleaner had left the key under a filthy mat. There was no key and no one there. The person messaging us seemed to have no idea what was happening, and their explanations felt dishonest. Replies were so slow that, exhausted after our flight, we gave up and returned at 4……

“The unit itself was in a great location and easy to get around with shops and transport close by. Check in process was smooth and convenient. The apartment itself was mostly im good condition- the bathroom needs a bit of work as has a strong mould smell but good for a short stay while travelling and a decent price”

“The host and communication was great. The place was not as nice as the pictures. The ceilings in some areas are less than 5’10 inches. That’s how tall I am and I hit my head many times. Location is fantastic, but the room itself is on the fourth floor, no elevator, no air-conditioning, and low ceilings is mediocre. “We enjoyed our stay here. It is as advertised. Location is good. It is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to get to some lively areas for food and entertainment. Only issue is that it was pretty hot in the unit so be prepared to sweat a bit if you go during the summer. The apartment has no AC which we knew going in. There were some fans in the unit but they didn’t work. When I reached out to the management team, I was informed that they were not part of the amenities listed and just left by prior……
