Nice Japanese traditional environment and super nice staff First time to sleep on tatami and the onsen is brilliant! English is also ok!

Nice and clean place with super friendly staff. Definitely will go back there again.

Excellent

I recently stayed at this wonderful Japanese onsen hotel for five nights for the second time, and it was just as amazing as my first visit. The hospitality was exceptional; the staff was always welcoming and attentive. I absolutely loved the set dinners, which featured delicious kaiseki cuisine that showcased local flavors. The onsen experience was also fantastic, providing a perfect way to relax after skiing. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I can't wait to return!
