The outdoor hot spring was the highlight of our stay. The staff spoke English well and were incredibly friendly and helpful. "If a room has a shared toilet and bath, then they should say this clearly. They do not. It's rather expensive considering that the toilet is down the hall and shared with everyone else. "

"駅前40M、口コミでも、宿の評判が良く1階のカフェ、2階のレストラン人気との事。お洒落な旅籠なので1度宿泊をと。一泊朝食付きにディナーを追加し、1番リーズナブルなムランコース。でも食べ応えは充分。食事前に板長から自慢の出汁の説明があり余計旨さを実感出来、丁度新米の時期で輝きと旨味一杯! 新潟でポピュラーな料理も此処では新しい工夫があり大満足でした。スタッフの皆さんも客を引き立てて下さり感謝。お風呂や部屋は窓を開けられないので圧迫感と照明が暗く高齢者には見え難い(若い方には雰囲気がある)お部屋もロビーもレストランもモダンさと古さのとても素敵なデザインでした"
