「The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least.
The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help...

Room was decent, renovated from an old apartment.
Tiles on the floor in the shower are VERY slippery. Careful!
Couch was dirty and had some stains on it, but room was otherwise clean.
Seemed expensive for what it was, but being a large room near the beach in Burleigh, it was probably priced accordingly.」
