「It’s a great place for the price, location and quietness. But, it feels very empty with lots of rooms. I’ve stayed several times and never seen anyone receiving cancer treatment or the medical desks in use. I think they should revert to trading without the medical facility label as it has loads of facilities or meditation room, gym equipment, large dining area. 」

「The room is clean and comfortable. There are lots of supermarkets and restaurants 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The unexpected part was the free live band at the bar. But the food was just acceptable. In addition, the Blue Mountains explorer bus station is just outside of the hotel. However there is no lift in the hotel.」

「Overall remarks are good but : - The noise of Bar comes through the closed window - very loud till 2PM (we knew that before booking, but still we believe that some kinds of measures can be implemented - for example using thick drapes on the window wall could in effectively reduce the noise) - No lift, has to carry baggage 2 floors」

「Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room is small but neat and tidy. Location is convenient. There're plenty of restaurant choices and big supermarkets within 15 mins walk. Train station is opposite to the hotel, but it is under maintenance so we took a shuttle bus to another town to change train when leaving.」
