The rooms are outdated and require repair, our shower wall in the kitchen side had paint that was coming off the wall, curtains did not block out light, general overall condition of rooms needs to be improved. Staff were good with helping with breakfast and where to eat, late arrival was sorted quickly, helpful with where to go and what to do, just the room needs sorting.

This was a great location for our touring family. They were very helpful when we called to request a main floor room because of mobility issues. We arrived late and checked out relatively early so didn't get a chance to interact with front desk very much. We did not expect daily housekeeping so left some dirty dishes to address after our day out but when we got back, the dishes had been washed, dried and put away to our surprise! Place is older but clean and a great base for daily adventures in the area. Great location near grocery shops so we had options for microwave food when we didn't want to eat out.

Our room was a bit old and tired. AC was so loud we couldn't have it on during the night. Missing tile and black mould in the bathroom. No toaster. Bed was OK and the staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was made every day and dishes were done. Good location, close to the town center, supermarket and bus stop. you can walk to Echo Point and Scenic World. Needed last minute accommodation. Good value for the price we paid.

Room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was 11 minute walk from motel up steep hill. Hard for older clients. Not much variety in food.

Bugs in the room and on the entrance door. 2 inch cockroach in the room on shredded sheer curtains. AC showed on but no cool air. Very dated furnishings, shower, windows and security lock on door was broken. We were so uncomfortable that we would have checked out right after arrival. We did not stay for the second night we paid for and they would not refund our money. We were packed and checked out before 9am and a different hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage. Suggest a day trip to Katoomba, no overnights, it is a very run down town

Disappointing

Check in was easy the bed was comfy, the complimentary wine and breakfast was great and totally unexpected, but a lovely surprise. However the whole room needs renovating it’s in poor condition.
