Set on the banks of the Campaspe River and located in the heart of Echuca’s old town, Adelphi Apartment 3 is the best of both worlds. Relax on your private terrace and enjoy the ever changing views of the Campaspe River and natural bushland.
Take a short 5 minute walk to the Old Port Area and the Historic Paddle Steamers. Stroll up High Street and be spoilt for choice with the vibrant Restaurant, bar and live music scene, along with unique speciality shops there is something for everyone.

Our spacious, clean and comfortable self-contained apartment has all the comforts of home with the feel of a luxury hotel. Set in the rustic bush surrounds of the Campaspe River, Adelphi is able to offer you a unique feeling of seclusion in the centre of town.

Great central location, very short walk to the Port of Echuca, everything you need for a short stay. Noise from the nearby pub can be heard, but very quiet from 11pm (did not bother us)
