“Wir waren anlässlich des Kristallmarathons hier. Da es am Wettkampftag früh los ging, hat das Hotel den Laufgästen ein frühes Frühstück angeboten. Nicht selbstverständlich und mega zuvorkommend. “Property lacked amenities ie, bathroom toiletries, tissues, lack of a hair dryer, towels were worn.
Choice of breakfast options was very limited, no fresh fruit & replenishment of options was not attended to adequately.
However, property is a charming country getaway. The gardens are peaceful within easy walking distance from the town & railway station . If you’re not too fussed about the above details, it offers a very pleasant cost effective stay. ”

“I didn’t realize this was more of a B&B than a hotel. I’ve never stayed in a B&B before, so my expectations were a little off.
It is an older home with a small, skinny staircase to get to the rooms, and the family who owns it lives there.
That said, the room was like a little apartment. It was comfortable with a sitting room separate from the bedroom. Furniture wasn’t new, but comfortable. Bathroom was nice, though the shower was a little small.

“Die Lage ist einmalig! Sowohl von meinem Zimmer als auch vom Speisesaal/Wintergarten hatte ich Burg Wartstein vor Augen.
Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden, es gibt sogar eine Wallbox für E-Autos.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht mir meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
Ich kann dieses Haus nur bestens empfehlen.”

Hotel: Renoviert in einem Dorf mit null Infrastruktur. Essen gut, aber der Wirt interessiert sich nicht für Behinderte, welche rechte ich mit Assistenzhunden habe, es kommt zu Schimpfereien beim Abschied. Das muss nicht sein. Die Gepäckhilfe trotz Nachtanreise war gut. keine Rollstuhlfähigen Zimmer gemäss EU Norm.”
