Prima Kurzurlaub

Die FeWo ist für 2 Personen ideal. Küche und Bad sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber i.O. Alles an Küchenutensilien ist vorhanden. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter - gerne mal wieder!

Im Gestank nah am Strand

- Die Wohnung war nicht vorbereitet, da der Vermieter seine E-Mails schon länger nicht gecheckt hatte. Die Buchung war jedoch schon rd. 4 Wochen her. - Nach ca 10-20 Minuten vor dem Objekt (Klingeln hatte keinen Erfolg, kam der Vermieter aus dem Haus und wir erkärten, dass wir ab heute das Objekt gemietet hätten. Wir baten um Handtücher und Bettzeug für unseren Sohn. Anrufen war nicht möglich, da die übermittelte Telefonnummer nicht mehr gültig war. Das wussten wir tu dem Zeitpunkt leider noch nicht, sondern dachten, der Vermieter hätte die Anrufe nicht gehört. - Nach später Rückkehr in die Wohnung stellten wir fest, dass die in die Wohnung gelegten Handtücher und Bettzeug nach Zigarettenqualm stanken. - Das per E-Mail von der Agentur übermittelte WLAN-Passwort war auchvnicht gültig. - Da das Bettzeug so stark nach Qualm stank und obendrein Flecken aufwies, ekelte sich unser Sohn so sehr, dass er bei uns schlief. Der Zipp der Decke war übrigens auch defekt. - Kontaktaufnahme war nicht möglich, da Nummer falsch und auf Klopfen auch niemand reagierte. - Nach 2 Tagen schrieb dann jmd über WhatsApp zurück, dass die Nummer falsch sei. Daraufhin recherchierten wir im Internet nach einer alternativen Nummer und schrieben an diese. Wir trafen dann den Vermieter zufällig auf dem Hof. Die Nachricht hatte er noch nicht gelesen. Sie stand ungelesen auf seinem Homescreen. - Er erklärte, er habe das WLAN-PW zwar vergessen, im letzten Jahr zu wechseln, das an uns übermittelte stammte aber noch aus 2016. Seine Telefonnummer hätte er gewechselt. - Er hätte evtl. den Schrank/ Raum mit dem Bettzeug nicht richtig verschlossen, daher der Rauchgeruch. Wir würden neue Sachen erhalten. - Als wir am Abend in die Wohnung zurückkehrten, lagen dort neues Bettzeug + Handtücher. Diese Sachen stanken genauso. - Die Wohnung hat durch die ausdünstendem Handtücher dermaßen gestunken, dass wir ausschließlich auswärts gegessen und die Küche nie genutzt haben. - Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Utensilien (Strandkorb etc.) draußen verfallen, da nichts davon witterungsgerecht gelagert wird. - Die Lage nahe Strand ist toll, aber ansonsten war es wirklich furchtbar!!

Mehr als unproblematisch, einfach ideal!

Und wieder konnten wir -wie schon im Vorjahr- die hübsche Ferienwohnung genießen. Sauber, alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Aber: Die Lage setzt allem noch ein Kröchen auf! Aus der Tür hinaus 20 m nach links, man ist am Strand Aus der Tür hinaus 100 m südlich, man ist an der Stadthalle. Aus der Tür hinaus rechts 150 m, man ist in der Fußgängerzone und man damit mitten in der City. Und wer dann noch einen freundlichen und unkomplizierten Vermieter erleben möchte, der ist im "Haus am Strand" bestens aufgehoben. PS.: Eigentlich sollte man solche Geheimtipps gar nicht verraten.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Strandlage

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder mieten. Die Lage ist wirklich bestens und das Haus für eine kleine Familie sehr schön und gut. Der abgeschottete Innenhof nebst Stellplätzen und Terrassen rundet den positiven Eindruck ab. Einen Stern Punktabzug vergeben wir aufgrund einiger fehlender Ausstattungsdetails (Kinderhochstuhl, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher), sowie aufgrund kleinerer (unnötiger) Mängel (z.B. defekte Plissees).

Gar nicht so klein und richtig fein und ideal gelegen

Eine pikobello saubere Ferienwohnung empfing uns! Alles was wir brauchten, war vor Ort. Dazu kam der freundliche und kooperative Empfang des Gastgebers. Wohnzimmer, Küche, kleine Diele, Schlafzimmer und Duschbad, Elektroherd mit Backofen, Fernsehen, Radio, alles war da. Und aus der Haustür raus, einmal links, ist man am Strand. Und aus der Haustür raus, einmal rechts, ist man nach 150 m mitten auf Eckernfördes Prachtstrasse. Kurz gesagt: Ein Geheimtip mit tollem Gastgeber. WIr kommen wieder, auf alle Fälle!

Die Unterkunft roch nach Rauch. Insbesondere die Handtücher waren deshalb kaum zu benutzen. Das versprochene Babybett war nicht vorhanden. In der Küche gab es Ameisen.

Sehr schöne Urlaubsunterkunft

Die hervorragende Strandlage, die Einrichtung und die äußeren Gegebenheiten,(Terrasse,Strandkorb,Parkplatz)sind super. Man erreicht schnell Alles zu Fuß,es ist nachts schön ruhig. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
