"Our stay was absolutely wonderful at the Lord Elgin in downtown Ottawa. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, very clean. Bar has excellent cocktails. But the best part for me is the valley parking. You have to pay extra for it, but it’s well worth every penny especially during the winter months. Looking forward to going back."

The reception staff, especially Anjalee and Gee, were outstanding—warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The hotel itself is spotless, with an obvious attention to cleanliness in both common areas and the room. My room was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with great views and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, the atmosphere felt polished yet friendly. Andaz Ottawa delivers excellent service, comfort, and quality, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city."
