“Nice building clean apt. It would have been nice if there were shades on the kitchen windows or a curtain between the bedroom and kitchen. The bed frame is too large for the space and makes it difficult to move around in the bedroom. ”

“The apartment was very clean and it was located in a nice area of town. There was a 24/7 security at the building also. In the morning we were able to see Cotopaxi from the balcony. Highly recommend! ”

“GREAT HOST, VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERTANDING. GOOD LOCATION HOWEVER THE APARTMENT NEEDS A BIT OF TLC AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED HOWEVER EVERY DAY WAS EXACT SAME THING. PARKING WAS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE WHICH WAS VERY APPRECIATED AND CONVENIENT. THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A COMMERCIAL BUILDING WITH NO 24/7 LOBBY OR CLEANING SERVICE, IN CASE YOU THINK IT IS A HOTEL-LIKE SETTING - IT IS NOT. OVERALL, I THINK IT IS A GREAT OPTION TO EXPLORE QUITO AND THE AREA. ”

“Departamento justo encima de los equipos del Hotel Sheraton los cuales generan un ruido el cual no te deja dormir. Los colchones son demasiado blandos o ya están viejos , tanto así que decidimos ir a dormir en la sala de un familiar, uno de los huéspedes tuvo que ser atendido por un dolor en la espalda durante dos días.NO LO RECOMIENDO EN LO MÁS MÍNIMO , BUSQUEN OTRA OPCIÓN.”

“These people ghosted me. Booked 24 hours before stay. I showed up and they never answered the phone or my messages. There is no front desk or reception area. I think this place is a scam. Once the customer service agent from hotels.com managed to get them on the phone. They said they didn’t speak English and after that they never answered the phone again. This place should not even be listed and travelers should stay away. ”

“Excelente lugar, súper acogedor excelente para pasarla un día cocinar descansar, tiene Netflix, muy buena limpieza y atención, estuvieron al pendiente de la llegada, hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas, miniMarket cerca. Un hermoso lugar para disfrutar en pareja o sola! Sin duda alguna volvería a reservar aquí. ”
