A very old hotel
We were surprised by what we saw and weren't convinced it is a 4 stars hotel. The hotel was in a very old condition and had moldy smell. Not sure its because Cochin is a coastal city or purely because hotel is too old. Overall it wasn't worthy 4 stars. Staffs were quite nice and helpful though. If ...

Excellent, friendly staff from the cleaners to the friend desk. They beat the Taj and the Ritz Carlton . It is a new property and pretty well done everything.
