"Breakfast could have been better. It's the first hotel ever that didn't have a waffle Maker it's either that or a pancake maker but this hotel lack both. The choices for kids to eat wasn't good"

"The front desk staff is excellent. They were very attentive to my concerns. The property needs to upgrade the bathrooms, clean the carpets, and maintain a better laundry schedule. There were no towels and wash cloths the second night in the whole facility until after 9am the morning of check out."

"This property is one of my favorites when I’m come in town because it’s like a mini home for us.. so if I need to stay at least a week it’s very convenient with lots of amenities for a great price.. The kitchen, The pool, the gym!! With so many options to eat from around the hotel.. love this place. Also, very quiet and clean."

"The breakfast is great. We didn't have any trouble there. We were only there for 1 night. The only problem I had was when we checked in there wasn't anyone at the front desk. There was no bell to ring, so I just said hello and waited. When the gentleman came out, he was very nice. We enjoyed our time there."

"Clean. Friendly staff. Ample amenities. Open and secured parking. Pool. Coffee. Breakfast. Tho was a good deal rather than staying in French Quarters paying more plus valet parking $$. This one didn’t have coffee in the room. It iron was there. Overall very convenient.wry cozy."

"This hotel required a separate damage deposit in order to check in. This charge was over and above the amount on the Hotels.com confirmation. When I questioned the separate charge, the clerk immediately canceled my reservation and refunded all money. I surprised how quickly this happened,. It was almost midnight and my wife and i were left to find a hotel with a competitor. If management is interested in reviewing this transaction, please pull your security footage for the night of our non stay."
