We made reservations as we were passing through the area and wanted to visit a special friend residing at the Nursing/Rehab Center just down the street from the hotel. We were greeted with a cheerful smile at the front desk, our room was clean, great continental breakfast. We would visit again. "

"Lisa and Kaila were friendly, helpful and polite. This hotel was a great value with clean rooms, kitchenettes, refreshing outdoor pool, bbq grill, and outdoor patio. The back side of the hotel was a forested area where we saw fireflies and smelled honey suckle. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next time we visit Heber Springs."
