「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. I forgot my phone charger and when I got back to the hotel that evening I was on 4% battery. Trevor at the front desk let me borrow his personal phone charger without even a thought. His customer service not just myself but the other guests as I watched, was incredible. I used to work in the hotel business and I can tell you he is a quality employee and great person. 」

「Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!」
