「Staff was rude when we arrived. Told us our room wasn’t ready when we did arrive so we had to wait. She was extremely rude about parking when we had questions. And trash was not taken out once we did get to our room. Normally I book again after the first stay, however because of how we were treated once we arrived. I will not be back and it was not a 5 star experience.」

「I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport and supposedly provides transportation to and from the airport. Transportation from the airport was not provided. Despite four phone calls to hotel staff I could not coordinate a shuttle ride. After waiting for an hour, I ended up having to take a cab which charged me $50 for a three minute ride. No one at the hotel was much interested in my negative experience. The room was large but sparsely furnished. There was one window that was blocked...
