Great place and superb communication with property management

My biggest concern is always the beds and they were great. The place is really wonderful and I highly recommend.

Beautiful, peaceful, comfortable home, BUT…

We were very pleased with the house. It was immaculate when we arrived. The neighborhood is peaceful & friendly.Location is near Annapolis/ convenient to everything.Our reason for a less than perfect review is that we later found the the property management company, Vacasa less than ideal in spite of exorbitant fees. We had a problem with the dishwasher which took MANY calls to agents who spoke very poor English before we were finally able to speak with a local representative. In addition, when booking, we continually received communication which quoted one total price & upon our return home found an additional large fee from VRBO on our credit card statement. The total fees (VRBO & VACASA) were over 1000! As a result, we will never book with VRBO again.

Home away from home

Property was as listed. Beautiful, clean, homey. Fenced in yard great for the pups. Amenities were great. Loved everything about our stay in this home!

Edgewater dream house

The setting was beautiful a few minutes walk from the water The house is well appointed and user friendly My elderly mother had her own en-suite bathroom and my wife and I had our own domain upstairs We even got to go kayaking in the nearby park
