"The resort is nice, but in need of a lot of deferred maintenance including damaged doors, paint, carpet, furniture in rooms. When walking down our hallway, several room doors have a lot of damage to them and in our room, the furniture was really damaged and should have been replaced. Also… the water pressure in the shower is terrible and barely drips out enough to wash the soap off your body/hair."

"Loved the location, it was perfect since we had plans for the ferry ride to visit Catalina. Cute shops, boardwalk and restaurant options in the immediate area. Only downsize was not having a small fridge in the room."

"Great location, and space if you are traveling with family. We are very familiar with the area and just wanted enough space for ourselves, our dog, and two teenage family members. This home was perfect, we were all comfortable, able to spread out, access the beach, and loved using the bikes. The house was clean, and all was as described. There are so many amenities as well, beach supplies, bikes, chairs, umbrellas. Very helpful we didn't even neeed to bring as much as we did.The kitchen is well equipped too! Beach access is right out the front door, we spent a lot of time in the sun and evening walks with our dog. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also as a former Newport local having a two car garage was a DREAM! If you know you know!"
