"Beautiful Balboa beach location! The three bedrooms were spacious and great for our family of six. Restaurants and the pier were only 2 minutes’ walk away. The ferry to Balboa Island was right across the street. The only drawback was the small garage (difficult to park our large SUV). We would definitely stay here again."

People in downstairs unit were nice to let us use theirs. Older property that could use some minor maintenance. Good value. Would stay again."
