Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr enttäuschend. Bereits beim Betreten fiel auf, wie extrem dreckig der Boden war – helle Socken waren innerhalb weniger Minuten komplett braun. Das Sofa war sehr abgenutzt und beschädigt. Im Waschbecken fanden wir noch Haare vom Vormieter, was den Eindruck mangelnder Reinigung weiter verstärkte. Die Sauna war nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar, da sie nicht dicht ist und dadurch ständig an Temperatur verliert. Insgesamt ist das Haus stark in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Besonders ärgerlich war auch, dass das beworbene Schwimmbad über mehrere Tage hinweg ausgebucht war und somit faktisch nicht zur Verfügung stand. Die Küche ist stark abgenutzt, es fehlen verschiedene Teile, und das vorhandene Geschirr war teilweise noch verschmutzt und offensichtlich nicht frisch gespült. Insgesamt entspricht das Ferienhaus in keiner Weise den Erwartungen oder der Beschreibung. Wir können diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

La casa era espaciosa y moderna, con todo lo que necesitábamos para una semana cómoda, La sala de estar era acogedora y nos encantaba el área del jardín para relajarnos al sol, También estaba convenientemente ubicada cerca del castillo de Cochem, lo que hizo que fuera una fantástica excursión de un día, ¡Lo recomiendo mucho para familias!

Komfortables Haus für 8 Personen mit Sauna im Garten. Es gibt genug Platz für unsere 4-köpfige Familie. Mit 8 Erwachsenen ist das Wohnzimmer sicherlich klein. Zwei geräumige Badezimmer und viel Geschirr etc. in der Küche. Ständig eingeschalteter Ventilator, was wir nachts besonders störend fanden Weitläufiger Ferienpark mit mehreren Einrichtungen für Jung und Alt Gepflegte Umgebung und freundliches Personal Außerhalb des Parks eine schöne Gegend, in der viele Attraktionen bis zum 1. April geschlossen sind.

Ich war sehr verärgert über die extra Kosten. Die ganze Ausstattung des Hauses bestand aus einer Rolle Klopapier, 1 Spülmaschinentap und einer 10ml Flasche Spülmittel. Für Bettwäsche muss man extra Zahlen, für Handtücher muss man extra Zahlen, für knapp 500 Euro für 3 Übernachtungen ist nicht einmal die Endreinigung drin. Auch das Haus war schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und auch um den Garten könnte man sich mehr kümmern. Die Lage des Ferienhauses war okay, man ist innerhalb von zehn Minuten mit dem Auto in Cochem.

Den Aufenthalt im Golfresort Cochem würde ich als durchschnittlich bezeichnen. Das Hallenbad war geschlossen.....warum??? Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern dort. Der Indoorspielplatz ist sehr klein und der Außenspielplatz auch nichts besonderes. Unser Haus war okay. Der Preis für die Endreinigung sehr hoch. Wir hatten für Juni kurzfristig über Bellvilla gebucht und bei der Buchung auch nachgefragt, ob ein Aufenthalt mit unserer ganzen Familie stattfinden könne, dies wurde bejaht. Am Morgen unserer geplanten Anreise wurden wir angerufen und uns mitgeteilt, dass ein Aufenthalt aufgrund der Coronavorschriften nicht möglich sei. Von Belvilla wurden wir dann aufgefordert zeitnah eine Umbuchung vorzunehmen, da eine Rückerstattung nicht möglich sei! Das zweite Haus, welches wir dann gebucht haben war günstiger. Aber auch die Differenz wurde uns nicht zurückerstattet, sodass wir ca. 150 € verloren haben! NIE WIEDER Bellvilla!!!
