"Had an excellent stay at the Apex Waterloo Place - stayed 3 nights over a long six nations weekend. The hotel was really well presented, all of the staff we met were really friendly and helpful. We ate at the Liberte restaurant and had their Prix Fixe menu - the food was delicious and good value for the quality we received. Used the basement pool and sauna which was small, but really nice too. Hotel well located for the city, and exploring down to Leith. All in all, a great stay and would come back here again another time. "

"Everything about CoDE is top notch in my opinion. Very clean, with private quiet areas to chill. No keys or cards to fumble with, all areas are secure with your own "code". I traveled with my son so we opted for the twin room with private bath, was perfect. I booked through Expedia last year and when we arrived there were issues with the booking but were delt with care, professionalism and swiftly resolved. The staff were all lovely and accommodating. If something couldn't be answered immediately, someone was on it in reasonable time. I am a mature traveler and would definitely recommend for all ages18 and above. I will definitely be back one day. "A good location near the airport. Breakfast was sufficient. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Stayed two nights, 1 before my trip and 1 afterwards. First stay was fine but second stay wasn’t as good as the TV in my room kept turning itself on all night with the volume on. Couldn’t find the switch to plug it out as it was hidden behind the wall. Some works going on in the floor I was staying on. Making noise early on but I was up anyway with the TV! Overall I would stay again as it was fine on the first stay. "
