È una guest house veramente carina e pulita. Le stanze sono ampie e molto ben curate nei servizi e nell'arredamento. La fermata dell' autobus per arrivare in centro ad Edimburgo è vicinissima e in 30 minuti si raggiunge il centro. Colazione molto buona e proprietari gentilissimi.

Very nice and friendly host, let us drop off luggage hours before check in. Close to bus stop so gives us flexibility with either driving or taking bus to the city center. We are very happy with this choice.

Nice B&B - room was spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. Close to bus stops to reach the city center and airport (both about 20-30 minutes). My room faced the road so it was a little bit noisy.

Nice place for what it is but location has 2 big issues. Road noise is extremely high especially very early morning, bring ear plugs. Buses do go direct to central city but are overloaded in the mornings - commuters and lots of school kids. Some buses are so crowded they don’t even stop

We loved our stay at Acer Lodge. The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious each morning. And the hosts were super nice and friendly. We definitely would stay here again and I will always choose to stay at a B&B over a corporate hotel.
