Stunning apartment

The apartment was large and met all of our needs. Lots of shops, pubs and restaurants in close proximity and only a 25 min walk to the centre. But lots of buses and bus stops if you prefer. We arrived earlier than the check in time and the property manager was very accommodating allowing us to access earlier to leave our luggage. Would stay here again for sure.

Super location and really well equipped flat

Lovely, spacious flat with the best equipped kitchen of any self-catering property I've rented. Location was excellent - 20 minutes walk to the centre, or loads of frequent buses stopping nearby. Only downside - one of the shower rooms needs a refresh; mould behind the sealant.

Spacious apartment

This apartment is larger than it appears in pictures; two large bedrooms, a third bedroom with small floor area. Comfy beds, good towels and sheets. Kitchen is large and well equipped. Tiny but efficient bathrooms side by side. Couldn’t get entertainment system to work. Common spiral stairway is poorly lit after dark, otherwise feels safe and secure with some traffic noise, easy transit options, good coffee shops and restaurants close by.

Beautiful Property with Fabulous Location

This flat is beautiful, so much natural light and spacious enough for adults and teens to spread out. The location was perfect: close to our student's university accommodations and within walking distance to all the city has to offer. We have stayed in VRBO properties all over the world and in this property we experienced a few firsts; -The property owners do not provide the basics we have come to expect at other properties: paper towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. -On Monday night of our stay one of the neighbors had a loud party until 2:00 a.m. Despite us using a white noise app to try to drown out the sounds, the party-goers sounded like they were in the room with us. (I realize the owners can't control this issue, but it was a first for us.) -We had no heat for a couple of days. We followed the directions in the notebook for the flat and tried to problem solve ourselves in several different ways. We had to contact property management who was also stumped by the issue. Someone had turned of the heat in a different area not mentioned in the notebook which impacted the entire flat. Despite those minor issues, we would stay at this property again. Just be sure to pack the basics or plan to stop off at one of the many markets in the neighborhood.

Excellent location .Don't be put off by entrance and staircase - once through the door,the apartment is light,spacious and comfortable. Vibrant area with good restaurants and attractions within easy reach.

Great flat with walking access to the Royal Mile

Family of six adults used this very cozy flat as a base for exploring the Royal Mile and other Edinburgh attractions. Great place to stay.

Overall, it was ok. The apartment worked well for our short stay. Two good size bedrooms, one small, and two small bathrooms. The kitchen was large with everything we needed. The bedroom that faced the street had noise issues with vehicles at night and workers in the morning. We had trouble locating the apartment even with the photos provided. The front door with the number was not closed, and the adjoining buildings were not the same as the photos. The key box was across the street and behind garbage dumpsters. Although we closed the outside facing front door, whenever we returned it was open. The stairs to the apartment were sketchy. Stone spiral stairs that were slippery when wet. The neighborhood had plenty to eat and drink, nice selection of grocery stores.

Fabulous apartment in great location

We had a brilliant stay in Edinburgh in this warm, comfortable and welcoming apartment. The location was excellent (close to shops, restaurants, parks, a bus stop for exploring further afield) and communication with the property manager was easy. The apartment is well kitted out with everything you could need. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again soon!
