A comfortable apartment.

Everything is good, but the WIFI is not stable.

It is good to have kitchen to cook. we lived in the room named'Buckingham' that is in the second floor (ground/first /second floor) of the apartment without lift. It took an effort to carry the luggage to the second floor. However, Mr.Billy and his son were willing to help carry the luggage. It was bad not to have washing machine in the 'Buckingham'. The temp was auto control. The heater did not work.

Very comfortable romm.The owners are very helpful

The room is on the top florr and the view is pretty good. Many kitchen ware are avalible so it's very convenient to cook at the apartment.Free wifi avalible.The room is very big and there are two televisions.Washing machine,dish washer and oven are included too! The location is quite good since there is only a 15 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is in a quiet location so it is very good to go on a holiday there.There are bus stations opposite to the cresent.You can travel to the town centre in a ten minutes.The owners are very helpul and kind.The outside and inside of the apartment are great and home-like feel.We enjoy staying in there very much.

My two daughters & I stayed in this beautiful apartment & property in a lovely neighborhood. Easy walking distance to old town Edinburgh & the castle. Billy was very nice & helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at the Clarendon Apartments! The space is lovely and well decorated. Billy was helpful and attentive but respectful of our privacy. The neighborhood is perfect for its proximity to public transportation as well as to walking into Stockbridge for dinner. Would happily rebook when returning to Scotland.

What a lovely lovely flat! And Billy is so friendly and helpful! When I booked this stay I was worried that it would be a bit out of the way from exploring Edinburgh. But I was completely wrong! Everything was within walking distance. We stayed in the Oxford room. The flat was quiet, clean and perfect for us. It's just important to know that this location is not suitable for anybody with accessibility issues. There are a lot of stairs involved. But if you're comfortable climbing upstairs, I highly recommend. Also, if you're not a fan of regular TV, bring an HDMI cable and hook up your laptop so you can watch your favorite shows. We enjoyed quiet evenings after long, busy days just being able to sit on the couch and watch a show that we enjoyed before going to bed. We would definitely stay here again!

Upscale property close to the core ... within easy walking distance of all things Edinburgh - eateries and main shopping district along Princes street. Really enjoyed having a spacious apartment with a kitchenette that provided some comforts of home. However would caution that the long flights of stairs are not for the faint of heart, especially if trying to navigate large heavy luggages.

Oh wow! What a wonderful surprise this place turned out to be! The owner greeted us when we arrived and was so charming and welcoming. The apartment was perfect and offered everything you could ask for during your stay. The views out the windows were amazing, the location was ideal and we loved not being in a noisy hotel. Definitely recommend and would love to stay there again!

We felt very comfortable in the flat. It was furnished well, quiet and well located to walk to many restaurants amd shopping. For three it requires someone on the sofa bed in the common living area.
