Great place to stay. We were only there for a night but King room was spacious and bed was comfy. We ate in the bar. I have a severe nut allergy and they were great about that. I felt very safe. All the staff were lovely. Nice environment and lovely walks around the campus

The place was spotless. Beds comfortable. Lovely and quiet. The breakfast was good but people had to keep asking for cups plates spoons butter etc , they didn’t seem to be able to keep up . I was sharing with my sister and found the en-suite rather disconcerting as the door didn’t fully close and it was all frosted glass. Other than this we had a nice stay .

不滿：職員與服務
We arrived with a confirmed booking (2 rooms) at almost midnight, only to be told at reception they were fully booked. No further explanation or assistance in helping us get alternative accommodation, so we were stranded in Edinburgh with nowhere to stay. Ended up having to return to the airport and waituntil 8am for a flight home. In the time we were there, we saw this happen to 2 other bookings - told they couldn't accommodate them even though they had a reservation. A review of the booking process is deeply required!
