酒店比較偏遠，吃飯和購物都不方便，附近也沒有什麼景點，員工態度一般，但上網還要付3英鎊一個晚上，房間還算乾淨，其他沒什麼可取之處

Not too far from the city center. The hotel master is nice and giving you clearly instructions and information. But if you are carrying suitcases that will be a problem to move in a narrow stair up and down

Auf den Fotos hat alles super nett ausgesehen, leider nur auf den Fotos. Es war ein kleiner Raum mit Bett und einem extra Badezimmer. Keine Möglichkeit um richtig zu Lüften. Aber OK damit kann man Leben. Aber diese Wände sind sooo dünn. Man hört einfach alles durch, auch wenn die Gäste nicht laut waren, jeder WC gang, jedes mal den Wasserhahn aufdrehen, lässt dich in der Nacht aufwachen. Die Leitungen sind extrem laut. Das Zimmer war extrem heiß. Das Zimmerservice war gut, da gibt es nicht zu bemängeln. Auch die Lage ist Top. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist eine Katastrophe, nicht mal eine Ablage im Badezimmer ist vorhanden. Wir mussten unsere Sachen am Spülkasten vom WC ablegen. Für 1ne Nacht ok aber nicht für länger. Das Land und die Leute hier sind ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder, aber nicht hier her.

Das Gästehaus ist in eine gute und ruhige Lage und vom Stadtkern und Hauptbahnhof gut zu erreichen. Auch vom Flughafen fährt direkter Straßenbahn hier. Im Umkreis gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. Ausstattung des Hauses ist sauber und alles has gut funktioniert.

Good-very warm which would be great in winter but uncomfortable in the warm weather. Fortunately I had brought my fan as there was no way to cool the room-bathroom was clean and surprisingly spacious. The kettle provided could have done with a good clean and descaling so I avoided using it. Short walk from the station- also has good transport links. Easy check in process with helpful staff.

It’s just a collection of odd rooms in a house. Furnished rather poorly it’s not the sort of place you would want to spend all day sheltering from the rain, even if the facilities were there to do so. Very very basic room but well cleaned.

Safe, quiet location. Moisture issue in the bathroom/shower (mild mold). Great water pressure, though. Clean, but very loudly creaky bed. TV was a non-starter. Easy to get everywhere.

Excellent value for money

I recently had a 4 night stay. Superb location with easy access to buses and trams into the city. Upon arrival i was greeted by a lovely, helpful lady. (Having waited less then 2 mins after ringing the bell). I stayed in the single ensuite room. The only negatives are...it's a small room, no wardobe or anywhere to hang clothes. Although i compromised and used hangers on a picture rail. The ensuite bathroom takes up most of the room space. However, the ensuite was great. Powerful and hot. I found the room too hot most days but then i had brought a travel fan (which helped!) and you can only slightly open the window. I got used to the room being small but if you're a solo traveller who likes your space, maybe this isn't the room for you. All in all i had a very quiet and peaceful stay. I couldn't hear any noise as people have reported. (I was on the ground floor) no plumbing effects either of showers or toilets being flushed etc. As people have previously said this is a no frills guest house. I would happily stay here again for the location and the price and the friendly staff

Håbløs indtjeknings-koncept

Vi boede der i 4 nætter. Værelset er som udgangspunkt okay. Badeværelset var ikke helt rent og gulvtæppet var plettet og beskidt. Det værste var dog klart indtjekningen. Man bliver bedt om at ringe på en dørklokke udenfor også burde hjælpen komme og lukke dig ind. Vi ventede 40 minutter ude foran døren på trods af flere opkald til de oplyste numre, hvor ingen tog telefonen - selvom det var i indtjekningsperioden. Man vidste ikke om hjælpen var på vej da der ingen reaktion var på at trykke på knappen eller ved opkald til nummerne. Da hjælpen kom var hun sur og ydede 0 kundeservice. Virkelig god placering ift offentligt transport og midtbyen, men indtjekningskonceptet var et kæmpe minus.
