Close to a train station ish so that’s good. Had a big parking lot. Staff weren’t overly welcoming and took a while to respond to the bell. But overall not too bad for a budget hotel. Room was fine.

This hotel was the best hotel we stayed at in the UK. We stayed at 3 different ones over 9 days. It was a little far from the Royal Mile but that didn't affect us because the Tram was right there. Totally changed my mind about Premiere Inns. They are not all terrible.

Check in was easy and the location is great provided you don’t mind taking public transit into the City Centre. There are multiple bus lines that are nearby, which made it super convenient.

Great sized room. With double and single bed. Large bathroom. Large tv. table and chair. Window that could open. Very clean. Paid parking. Close to large ASDA supermarket. Also bus stop and tram within 5 min walk. Food places nearby as well as near the tram stop.

It's in pretty good location and close by tram lines, only downside is that they don't have Aircon at all in the rooms, though fan provided but still it's kind of get muggy and hot in the room

The property was near the waterfront, which was nice but it was too cold and windy for us to go near the water. The room and bathroom was designed for people with disabilities or in a wheelchair, which could be helpful to those who need it, But for others like us, the bed was too low, the sink was too low, making it uncomfortable.

The first lady we saw , took our luggage and put it out back for us , as we arrived before check in . She was very pleasant . When we went back to sign in , a guy was working, he really needs a different job as he was rude and unhelpful . The two ladies working in the morning were lovely. I had the best sleep ever ! The beds are super comfortable.

Good for Parking and catching the bus up to the Royal mile. Look up how to catch the bus back it is not the same place as you jump off. I don't recommend the breakfast at the hotel. It has the basics but nothing special and I found it a little overpriced.

CONS: The lack of an actual person for registration - being automated - highly object to this. Lack of amenities: no phone, microwave or sufficient seating in the rooms. No suitcase stands - suitcase has to sit on the floor. Continental B'fast and Full B'fast - on repeat - no variety from day to day. Fruit choices not necessarily fresh. PROS: Beds are very comfortable. Cleaning staff very accommodating and friendly.
