"We booked this property because it was advertised as a family-friendly hotel, but our experience was far from it. First, the room maintenance and cleanliness were completely unacceptable. The shower drain in our room was broken, leading to standing water, and the swimming pool was noticeably dirty and not properly maintained. More importantly, the atmosphere did not match the listing at all. There is a large population of permanent residents living at the hotel, and their behavior and presence made my family feel incredibly unsafe throughout our stay. This is absolutely not an environment suitable for families. Between the lack of basic cleanliness and the overall safety concerns, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone traveling with children"

"Breakfast was ok, green bananas were not a hot topic but average and very clean areas. Traveling alone with my young daughter i was very disappointed in the front desk staff allowing fast food uber eats delivery people to be in and about without being checked and rooms called! I was spacific about calling me down when my uver driver arrived so i could go down to get it. That did not happen so while i was on my way down via the app as it " shows they are near" he was already on his way up to the wrong floor! Never checked in never got a call. After we figured it out our food was obviously cold. Security as a woman and child traveling would be a zero. "
