Welcome to this low country dream! This newer construction home is nestled among swaying palms and signature live oaks overlooking the golf course, with sweeping views of the links and lagoons. Right on the golf course and next to the resort, there's so much to do and see that you and your group will want for nothing when you stay here. The private beach access is only a short walk or bike ride away! Drive into town to discover local eateries, arts, entertainment, and an array of family-friendly activities.
Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light. With elegant wood floors throughout, you'll feel welcome and right at home. The living area offers a large TV for streaming marathons, lots of entertainment room with a wet bar, and tons of views out the gorgeous windows. Hobby chefs will love preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with a soft bed, dedicated workspace, and a lovely en suite bathroom equipped with a double-sink vanity and spacious walk-in shower. At the end of the day, relax on the screened porch and observe the gorgeous Atlantic sunset, see the Spanish moss waving in the trees, and watch the stars come out to dot the sky.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
