"Stayed here several years ago for a family reunion. Was an immaculate property then... Property has since changed ownership I find, Many little maintenance issues simply not dealt with as well as cleanliness and certain cleaning items normally in any rental and certainly in this rental when I originally rented for a week from the original owner. Broken items as well was disheartening to see since we rented this exact home years ago as I stated. We had to purchase kitchen cleaning items to be able to prepare food safely and clean countertops and appliances, etc. which we never had to do before especially for such a high priced beach rental home."
