This house is a dream. The living room windows set you right in the middle of the nature show. We were comfortable and happy and i would gladly return.

Love this property is tucked back and secluded and also has an amazing, unobstructed wide view of the ocean in front and views all along the back windows, decks and balcony of the marsh! Isn’t that incredible?! You get the ocean AND the marsh! Home is cozy, clean and neat. Love the outdoor shower and reverse osmosis water in the house and at the dock! Communication with owners easy and they will immediately attend to your needs. Sheets and towels not included, but you can rent them for a small fee- definitely worth it. My husband and I both have decided we’d definitely like to come back to this one!

We stayed in Cowpens a few years back, and fell in love with the area. It is a Beautiful getaway with nature surrounding you, with the music of the marsh and the sound of the sea come together to make for a great relaxing time. The Sea Forest is just what we were looking for in a VRBO. It was pet friendly, on the water, and close enough to Edisto if we needed anything. We will be back for sure!

This is our second VRBO experience in the Charleston area and enjoyed the home, tall trees, ocean and creek view. We loved the uncrowded beaches and small town making parking and beach access easy. Visited the Museum and the Serpentarium and would recommend both. We preferred the beach at Jeremy Cay for its shelling and tide pools. I would sure return

We really enjoyed our stay. The sunrises and sunsets from the house were amazing. The large sliding windows on the front of the house let in the breeze coming off the water. The owners guestbook and photo collage on the island and their family history was really cool. The only downside was the inability to ride a golf cart to Eddingsville Beach, but we made do with bicycles and kids carts. The privacy and seclusion was great.

Wonderful beach home with incredible views. Very relaxing, home basically has everything you need along with a great selection of books. The natural beauty of the island surrounds this house. Immensely enjoyed our stay.

My family and I adore staying here! We love the cozy feeling of the house and the incredible natural setting. We saw dolphins in the canal as well as the bald eagle who nests in the area. We enjoyed collecting many beautiful seashells on the nearby beach! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Looking forward to when we can return to this very special place!

Our stay at Sea Forest was just what we were looking for. We loved the view from the well placed rocking chairs, in front of the picture window, looking out at the marsh and ocean and watching the amazing transformation as the tides changed. Mike was responsive to our questions and answered them promptly. We had a great time and hope to return next year.

This property was great. Only thing missing was a dishwasher! :-) the views were breathtaking and unparalleled to anything I’ve seen. I’m a gulf coast girl. But would definitely go here again for a summer f Trip to kayak with my girl friends. We loved the fireplaces inside and out. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend Thanksgiving with my family.! Thanks Mike

We loved our stay. We saw lots of wildlife some in our group even saw dolphins while canoeing in the creek. The one and only complaint which has nothing to do with the house, is the distance you have to walk for beach access. It's a good 20 minutes walk 30 minutes if you stroll. Again it has nothing to do with the house, but some review had put that it was a short 5 minute walk and that is not accurate. As a whole we loved our stay.
