The surf and the sand are right outside your doorstep when you call this Edisto Beach retreat your home away from home! Bring the entire family and enjoy spacious, well-refined living quarters. Gather together around the large TV in the living room and watch your favorite TV series (all TVs in the home have streaming capabilities). The chef of your group can make delicious dishes in the lovely kitchen. When mealtime rolls around, dine together at the formal dining table, at the breakfast bar, or alfresco on one of the home's balconies. A second refrigerator is great for storing everyone's favorite snacks.

With five bedrooms to choose from, rest assured that no arguments over room selection will occur. Each room comes adorned with high-quality linens, nautical-themed decorations, central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer rounds out the home's interior perks!

Outside, when you aren't on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or sit back and sip while viewing turquoise waves. Nearby, you can play and explore at Edisto Beach State Park, The Plantation Course at Edisto, and Edisto Island Serpentarium. Memorable day trips can be taken to the neighboring cities of Charleston and Savannah.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
