This is an older home that has some modern renovations and touches. It is not a state of the art high-end luxury home, but is a thoughtfully maintained, designed, and managed beach home.

- Dock does not have hand-rail and is not for guests use and is clearly blocked off. Host and home owner are not liable for unlawful use of dock by guests.
- This home is dog friendly with a $200 pet fee. We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that they are cleaned up after.
- Please exercise appropriate caution and safety around the water.
- Please do not use the dock. You are assuming all safety and liability if you choose to go on the dock.

While there are kayaks on site, they are essentially unusable from the home itself except on high-tides. The HOA will not allow us to put handrails on the deck making it safe & up to code legally. Therefore we do not advertise kayak use from the home. We do not advise kayak use even at high tides, and a liability waiver is required to be signed by guests if kayaks are used. There are some sites nearby that kayaks can be put in, but not an easy walk from the home & kayaks can not be dragged.
