「Would Most Definitely Stay Again.... Everything Was Great」

「This property is great because of its easy proximity to the beach-which is so nice. The price is definitely right and it’s a no frills easy hotel to sleep at after a long day in the sun/water. My only complaint is that I tried to access Amazon prime video app and the tv didn’t work and kept showing error codes. Not that big of a deal but would’ve been nice if it had worked」

「Room had a musty smell. Tv was on when we entered room. Found out why cause the volume button did not work so you couldn't turn tv down. Decided to unplug it for awhile but when we tried to turn it back on no luck. Was without tv for the rest of stay. When we unplug tv microwave and other things cut off. There was a power strip behind cabinet that the tv was above that several things were plugged into to and it kinda smelled hot. There were 2 or 3 outlets that did not work so i guess that...

「Front desk needs training with their customer service skills. Claimed they knew nothing and offered no assistance. Room very basic...nowhere near the cost of the room. 」

「Beautiful place would definitely stay again. The chairs and beach umbrella was not included in the stay, you can rent it for x amount five. Zero per day at the beach or bring your own. If we would have realized they were not included we would have brought our own.」

「Room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in it nonstop for weeks! No other solution from staff. My son’s asthma was horrible after one night. The water was also brown in the shower. 」

「The pool was smaller than the photos show online, it was also dirty. No one cleaned it at all. Other then that, it was good.」

「Check out time was at 10am. A Manager walked into the unit at 10:08am stating dropping paperwork off for the next person. Very scary for me and my family. 」

「Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )」
